CLEMENTINES FOR VALENTINES

Let’s be honest, strawberries in February are often more "crunchy" than "sweet." So this year, we’re leaning into the season with something that actually tastes like sunshine.

Enter the Salted Chocolate Clementine. It’s the chic, slightly rebellious cousin of the chocolate-covered strawberry. The bitterness of dark chocolate, the zing of citrus, and that tiny hit of sea salt? It’s a match made in heaven.

We’ve laid our table with the William Morris Willow Bough Moss. There is something about the intertwining leaves that makes the bright orange of the fruit absolutely pop.

How to make them:

  1. Peel your clementines.
  2. Slowly melt the best dark chocolate you can find with a little coconut oil.
  3. Half-dip each segment with a cocktail stick.
  4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before they set.

Voila. A Valentine’s treat that’s as smart as your table setting.
