Why not pack up your wipeable tablecloth, some non-breakable picnicware and some delicious treats and make your way to the coast?
Who doesn’t love being by the water? Perhaps it’s the beautiful blues of the sky and the sparkling water or maybe it’s all the fun things we can do, from rock pooling to water sports.
A bit of planning makes setting off early in the day super-easy. Get your picnic ready the night before and pop it in the fridge, ready to put into a cool bag in the morning. Don’t forget plenty of cool drinks like homemade lemonade or elderflower and maybe a nice cool bottle of rose.
At the end of the day when you return home, with sun-tousled hair and sand in your shoes, you’ll know you’ve had a great day!
