We have a cracking idea for your festive table this year that will complement your Christmas tablecloth. You can make these crackers from fabric or paper napkins and what’s more, making your own crackers allows you to customize the little presents inside for each of your guests.
Place your gifts or chocolates in the middle of the loo roll inners and lay the inners in the centre of a napkin folded in half lengthways. Roll it up to form a cylinder and gently twist and gather the napkin at both ends of the tube, then tie each end with ribbon to secure. Choose ribbon colours that complement your wipeable Christmas tablecloth. Slip a small sprig of greenery such as rosemary or fir under a ribbon tied around the centre of the cracker.
