All tablecloths are cut to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect. For all other items on our website we will offer a refund if you are not satisfied.  Please see our returns policy for further details.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment

We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro.  At check-out you will be transferred to either paypal or sagepay to complete the payment process.  Sage Pay’s system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

A contract will exist between us (Wipe Easy Tablecloths) and you (the customer) when we issue an invoice. Until this time we reserve the right to inform you of any mistakes in pricing or if goods are out of stock. We will contact you to advise of any mistakes and you will have the option to cancel.

Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. If any items are not available we will make contact and you will have the right to cancel your order. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you so wish.  Please note that some large commerical orders may take longer than 2 working days to process.  Please do call us if you require information on delivery time scales.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing.

For delivery within the UK postage is from £3.99 for customers ordering 1 tablecloth (these will be sent folded in a mail bag on a 48 hour service). Most customers can chose to have their tablecloth sent on a roll for £6.99 (sent on a 24 hour express service). Please remember to allow us 2 working days to process your order. Larger orders are sent on a roll for £6.99 (except the postcodes listed below). Tablecloths that are ordered with a silver or brass ring or tablecloths that are 145 cm or 160 cm wide cannot be rolled and will be sent folded.

Customers who order a PVC tablecloth (anything priced at £7.99 per metre) and choose to have it sent folded do so at their own risk. We recommend that this product is sent on a roll.

The following charges apply for customers ordering more than 1 item and delivery to the following postcodes:

IV, HS, KA-27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE for orders of 1 tablecloth £3.99 delivery, more than 1 item delivery will be charged at £13.99

BT for orders of 1 tablecloth £3.99 delivery, more than 1 delivery will be charged at £15.99

IM, TR21-25 for orders of 1 tablecloth £3.99 delivery, more than 1 delivery will be charged at £19.99

PO 30-41 for orders of 1 tablecloth £3.99 delivery, more than 1 delivery will be charged at £11.99

Postage is £6.99 for BFPO addresses

Postage to France, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Denmark Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland and Turkey is £7.99. Tablecloths will be sent folded via royal mail to achieve the best possible postal rates. Please allow between 5 and 30 days for your order to arrive. If you would like a speedier service or your order sent on a roll please contact us for a quote.

Postage to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Hong Kong, Egypt, South Africa, Brazil, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain is £16.99. Tablecloths will be sent folded via royal mail to achieve the best possible postal rates. Please allow between 5 and 30 days for your order to arrive. If you would like a speedier service or your order sent on a roll please contact us for a quote.

We send tablecloths folded to our customers overseas.  Proof of delivery from the delivery Company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received by you (the customer).  If a delivery is received damaged, please do not sign for the goods and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery so that we can make a claim against our delivery company.

Most tablecloths will be delivered on a roll to prevent creasing. We recommend that you store your tablecloth on this roll to prevent damage and creasing.

Disclaimer: The chequered pattern of a gingham fabric may deviate from a straight line, and the cutting of any gingham items may not be aligned exactly to the woven squares. This is a known limitation of this fabric. We endeavour to cut items as much aligned to the pattern as possible, however this may not always be the case. Deviations from alignment of cutting from the woven pattern are deemed to be expected and within normal standards.

Please be aware that the following may stain your Wipe Easy tablecloth:

Some tomato based sauces/curry sauce/ink/shoe polish/nail varnish/lipstick/newspaper print if the tablecloth is damp.  There might be  some foods/products that we have not listed that may  stain your tablecloth.  If in doubt please ask for a sample so that you can spot test.  Wipe Easy tablecloths that are left in direct sunlight may result in some fading to the fabric colour.  Wipe Easy Tablecloths are not heat resistant so do not place hot plates or pans directly onto the cloth. They can be ironed with a cool iron on the reverse (the uncoated side) to remove any creases

Tablecloths are sold with a 5% tolerance of small defects. 

Customers who purchase a wholesale roll must note that there may be a join to the fabric on the roll.

All sizes are subject to a plus or minus 3% tolerance.  If you need a specific size, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We endeavour to take the best quality pictures to reflect the colours of our tablecloths. Colour is dependent on your monitor. We advise that customers request samples from us to colour match.  Shade variations can occur between a sample and current stock.
