All tablecloths are cut to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect. For all other items on our website we will offer a refund if you are not satisfied.  Please see our returns policy for further details.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT for those customers based in the UK and EU. For customers outside of this area please call or email us to process your order so that we can deduct the VAT. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries.

Payment

We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. Your payment is taken securely by sagepay. Your card details are not seen by us at any time.

A contract will exist between us (Wipe Easy Tablecloths) and you (the customer) when we issue an invoice. Until this time we reserve the right to inform you of any mistakes in pricing or if goods are out of stock. We will contact you to advise of any mistakes and you will have the option to cancel.

Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day. If any items are not available we will make contact and you will have the right to cancel your order. If you are prepared to wait we will order stock for immediate delivery so that we can fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing.

Our delivery charge is £5.99, delivered on a roll to most destinations in the UK. Tablecloths delivered to some destinations within the UK will be sent folded to achieve the lowest possible postage costs.  The postcodes for folded items are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT (Northern Ireland), IM (Isle of Man), TR21-25 (Isles of Scilly).  If customers in the postcode areas for folded items would like their order sent on a roll, please order by telephone, the postage charge on a roll will be £9.99.  We also send tablecloths folded to our customers overseas.  Proof of delivery from the delivery Company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received by you (the customer).  If a delivery is received damaged, please do not sign for the goods and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery so that we can make a claim against our delivery company.

Most tablecloths will be delivered on a roll to prevent creasing. We recommend that you store your tablecloth on this roll to prevent damage and creasing.

Disclaimer: The chequered pattern of a gingham fabric may deviate from a straight line, and the cutting of any gingham items may not be aligned exactly to the woven squares. This is a known limitation of this fabric. We endeavour to cut items as much aligned to the pattern as possible, however this may not always be the case. Deviations from alignment of cutting from the woven pattern are deemed to be expected and within normal standards.

All sizes are subject to a plus or minus 3% tolerance.  If you need a specific size, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We endeavour to take the best quality pictures to reflect the colours of our tablecloths. Colour is dependent on your monitor. We advise that customers request samples from us to colour match.  Shade variations can occur between a sample and current stock.
