Please note that all of our tablecloths are cut to order/made to measure items and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect. For all other items on our website we will offer a refund if you are not satisfied.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 days of delivery.
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us that you would like to return goods within 7 days of receipt by either email or telephone. Goods must be returned un-used and in a re-saleable condition and a full refund will be given less the delivery charge. Customers will be responsible for the return delivery charge. We recommend that customers use a recorded delivery method for proof of postage and insurance to cover any losses in the case of non-delivery. If we (Wipe Easy Tablecloths) deliver the wrong goods or faulty goods Wipe Easy Tablecloths will pay the delivery and collection costs.
Colours - we endeavour to take the best quality pictures to reflect the colours of our fabric. Colour is dependent on your monitor. We advise that customers request samples to colour match.
