A plastic or oilcloth tablecloth in a bright and cheerful design can make mealtimes a little more fun for children. And, don’t forget, a wipe clean tablecloth means just that – less laundering for busy parents and carers!

There are three options you can choose from: PVC tablecloths, which are 100% plastic; oilcloth tablecloths, which are made from high quality cotton weave with a PVC coating; or Teflon-coated tablecloths, which retain the feel of cotton.
Because oilcloth tablecloths and Teflon coated tablecloths are based on a woven cotton fabric, they do tend to be a little more expensive. However, the advantage is they are slightly less stiff so drape over the corners and edges of tables. That said, PVC tablecloths always look good and are just as hard-wearing, and can be wiped clean just the same.
